Did I ever tell you about the time I was the witness of an aircraft crash? I remember the helplessness of standing there looking at a bent decathlon and wishing I had brought a fire extinguisher with me.

I've unfortunately been involved with two quite serious aircraft accidents in the last two years. Both involved multiple casualties, aircraft destroyed, no fatalities however. Still, quite a disturbing thing to see flight turn into pile of rubble.
What a bummer Chief.
Fortunately this time there was no fire, no fatalities and the aircraft was towed away and able to be repaired.
But still. Had there been a fire I would have looked pretty stupid having just run away from a perfectly good fire extinguiser.
