What happens when you try to land a jet that needs 3000 feet of runway on a runway that's only 2900 feet long? And is NOTAMed 'closed to jet traffic?' With a tailwind? While it's raining?
If you think the end of this movie is where everyone bobs up and down on the little boats, then think again. It gets REAL interesting at about the 4 minute mark.

oh wow! what a video. hooked me right through to the end, i can't believe what happened at that 4th minute mark (who knew an engine would still function?!)
I was surprised by that, too. Apparently the FADEC will attempt to automatically restart the engine if it isn't shut down in a certain way.
