Plane crash kills 49

One of the comments I heard on the news here was "the cause is being attributed to pilot error"

That really doesn't tell us a damn thing. We all accept that it is likely the pilots made an error in entering and taking off from, apparently the wrong runway. This teaches us nothing in preventing future tragedies. The question is - why?

Update - Crash Survivor asks 'Why?' -

The sole survivor of a plane crash that killed 49 people near Lexington last week told family members from his hospital bed, ``Why did God do this to me?''

I'm sorry to say that this bloke doesn't have a lot to look forward to. Painful recovery followed by painful inquiry.
